Returns

Please contact us prior to making your return/exchange by emailing us at info@thelootloft.com.

We want to ensure your happiness here at The Loot Loft. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item(s) for store credit within 14 days of receiving your product. Must have tags attached, no tears or damages and be free of odors and stains of any kind. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs in regard to the exchange or return.

Items returned that were purchased using Boutique Bucks or other promotions will receive a credit reflecting the price actually paid unless said promotion was marked as final sale. Credits received for returned merchandise must be used within 3 months of the issue date.
